We are very disappointed with the current waiting time in the surgery. We had to re-book one appointment, which was 40 mins late. Now we are in a waiting queue of having 2 people in front of us. You either need to increase slot time per patient or run your surgery more efficiently!

Meera receptionist is always pleasant + very helpful. She is a cheery young lady who brightens the day with her polite and cheerfulness.
